| Coronvirus Update|
We are presently in discussions with several clients as they have asked us if we can restart our face to face surveys for them. However, because of the Coronavirus Pandemic we need to ensure that shoppers are able to carry out face to face surveys with as little risk as possible, following Government and Local Authority guidelines.
We are presently reviewing all aspects of face to face surveys and more information will become available once we have finalised the details.
Obviously email and telephone surveys will not be affected.
More details will be made available once we have completed our assesment.
How to Select work
Log in using the email your registered with. The default password is 'report' once you have logged in you can change this yourself.
Click on 'show me visits I can accept'
Also remember to click on "Search for visits outside my area" this lists surveys in other areas including telephone and email assignments that are not area specific. Choose the country you wish to search and Choose the state or province you wish to search ( this is the same as the country you first selected)
A list of cities which require surveys will automatically appear on your screen.
Because some of these surveys will be vists and some will be email or telephone surveys we suggest that you tick ALL the cities in the list.
Finally click on "View visit details" which will show you details about the visit and what is involved, and on this screen you can select "Accept" or "Decline" the visit
